Power Line Map Information
Why Line Reference?
Filter by Utility Ownership
The Line Reference power line map gives users the ability to select electric transmission lines and substations by utility owner. This unique feature allows for a customized view and targeted analysis.
Select by Power Line Voltage
The map application provides the ability to select power line voltage values between 34.5kv and 500kv. Interested in 230kv transmission? Select the associated checkbox and that infrastructure will be displayed in the power line map.
Wetland and Flood Layer Capabilities
Our mapping solution also offers additional layers to assist in site searches. The NWS Wetland layer highlights the areas designated as wetlands across the state. Similarly, the FEMA Flood layer indicates areas which are located in flood risk zones.
Power Line Map Measurement Tools
Several tools are included in our power line map application to assist with your analysis. The line measurement feature determines the distance between points selected on the map. The polygon tool calculates the area of a shape drawn by the user.
